Akhil Thakur

Akhil runs the firm. His ground is business development — partnerships, stakeholders, the connections that turn a strong company into a growing one — and he treats that pipeline the way our engineers treat a repo: everything versioned, everything kept, nothing left dangling.

At T3NK he is the one who aligns the two clocks inside a company, the operational one and the market one. When a portfolio company’s roadmap and its opportunity stop agreeing, Akhil closes the gap — with capital in one hand and the right introduction in the other.

He is the first call most of our network makes, which is exactly how he likes it.
